Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). UPS can't deliver to PO boxes, and we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, islands or offshore territories yet.

Processing. Every order is labeled and packed for you. Orders of up to 20 items are ready to ship within 2 business days. Larger orders can take up to 7 business days.

Delivery. Orders ship by UPS from our US fulfillment center and arrive in 2 to 5 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at info@kyriacoubeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you.

Address changes. Check your address at checkout. We can only change it before your order ships.
