How long does delivery take?

We prepare your order within 2 business days. UPS then delivers it in 2 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within a week.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is a flat $7.95.

Where do you ship?

To addresses in the mainland United States. We can't ship to islands or offshore territories yet.

Where are your products made?

In the EU, mostly in Latvia, with some formulas made in Italy and France. The country of origin is printed on every label and box. US orders ship from our US fulfillment center.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Our skincare and makeup are never tested on animals, and neither are their ingredients.

Are your products vegan?

Most are. The exceptions are a few hair products made with keratin from sheep's wool, including our keratin mask, conditioner and leave-in mist. Every product page lists the full ingredients.

What's in a set?

Each set is a complete ritual in a gift box. The set page lists every product, its size and what it would cost on its own.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible. Your order goes into production quickly, so we can usually change or cancel it only within 12 hours.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
