Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong items. Email us at info@kyriacoubeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Unopened products. You can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

Opened products. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened products unless they're faulty.

Sets. Sets can be returned whole and unopened.

Changes and cancellations. Your order goes into production quickly, so we can usually change or cancel it only within 12 hours of ordering. Write to us as soon as possible.

Refunds. We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
